Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every shop to be happy with Vani. If we don't earn that, you can have your money back. Here is exactly how that works.

Setup fee — ₹1,999

  • Full refund within 7 days of payment if your Vani number has not yet gone live, or if you decide not to proceed for any reason.
  • Full refund within 14 days if your Vani number is live but you are not satisfied with quality — recordings, language accuracy, or booking workflow.
  • Non-refundable after 14 days from go-live, because by then we've paid for number provisioning, telephony setup and WhatsApp template approval on your behalf.

Credit packs — ₹500 / ₹1,000 / ₹2,000

  • Unused credits are fully refundable any time, less a ₹99 payment-gateway processing fee, on closure of your account.
  • Used credits (calls already answered by Vani) are non-refundable — we've already paid Google, Vobiz and Meta for those minutes.
  • Credits never expire as long as your account is active and the monthly minimum (₹299) is met.

How to request a refund

  2. Tell us your registered business name and which payment you want refunded.
  3. We confirm within 24 hours and process the refund via Razorpay within 5–7 business days, back to the original payment source.

Cancellation

You can close your Vani account at any time by emailing us. We do not lock you in to monthly contracts. On cancellation:

  • Vani stops answering immediately (or on a date you specify).
  • Your number is released back to Vobiz after 30 days unless you want to port it elsewhere.
  • Your dashboard data and transcripts remain accessible for 30 days for export.
  • Unused credits refunded as described above.

Failed transactions

If you were charged but credits did not appear in your account, Razorpay typically reverses the amount within 5–7 business days. If it doesn't, WhatsApp us with the transaction reference and we'll resolve it the same day.

Disputes

We aim to resolve all refund queries within 7 days. If you're unhappy with the resolution, contact the grievance officer (see Privacy Policy).
